John is the author of More Than Promote – A Monkeywrencher’s Guide to Authentic Marketing, and a frequent speaker and writer about the intersection of sustainability, language and culture. He is husband to one, father of two and nerds out on zombie movies. In 2003, he started The SOAP Group, a consulting firm that activates sustainability and social justice through projects that create positive cultural dialogue. John blends cultural studies with business strategy creating new paths for companies to engage in sustainability. If he could be anything in the world, he would be a deckhand.
